Mates Fund is a community-led development organisation working alongside local partners to deliver practical, transparent projects where they’re needed most.

We focus on education, infrastructure, and ethical crisis response, supporting communities in Fiji and Pakistan through long-term partnerships rather than one-off aid. Our approach prioritises local leadership, accountability, and delivery on the ground — ensuring resources are used responsibly and with lasting impact.
